Sprints and Team Coaching
Our sprints kick off with an intensive bootcamp, which gets teams focussed on a specific problem statement and provides the tools to test their ideas and manage risk.
Each sprint lasts for approximately 6 weeks. Throughout, teams have access to regular coaching sessions.
Sprints end with a facilitated retrospective and decision (with the project sponsor) on whether or not the team should continue and, if so, what the focus of the next sprint will be.
Leadership Coaching
Leading innovation or large-scale change or transformation in traditional organisations is a seriously hard and lonely job.
One-to-one sessions with one of Yellow Cat's Co-Founders will give you the support, skills and approaches you need to be successful in your leadership role.
