Creative Problem Solving (2 hours) £299

Drawing on over 65 years of research into critical & creative thinking, FourSight provides a four step framework for creative problem solving which is both universal and instinctive. The FourSight assessment shows how you and others in your team or organisation like to engage in the creative problem solving process.  Understanding your own preferences and those of the people you work closely with can support better team dynamics and enable you to leverage each others different thinking styles to solve complex problems and achieve breakthrough innovations. 

Ahead of the workshop you will complete an online questionnaire which the instructors will use to determine your thinking preferences profile.  Then during the workshop we will introduce you to the framework, provide you with your personal profile, and explore what this means for team interactions.
